Cable Car
Nach einer ziemlich stauigen Fahrt nach San Francisco sind wir endlich dort angekommen.
Gestärkt von dem netten Italiener nebenan haben wir unseren Stadtrundgang gestartet. Zuerst ging es mit dem Bus nach Fisherman’s Wharf, wo wir am Pier 39 einen kleinen Cocktail im HardRock Café genossen. Danach schlenderten wir den Pier entlang. Eigentlich wollten wir dann mit dem berühmten Cable Car weiter fahren, doch die unendlich lange Touristen-Schlagen bei der Station hat uns dann doch zum zu Fuß gehen motiviert. So ging also unsere Wanderung vom Fisherman’s Wharf, nach Little Italy, nach China Town und zum Schluss von der Market Street wieder zurück ins Hotel.
Morgen stehen dann Twin Peaks und die Golden Gate Bridge am Plan und dann heißt es auch schon, by by USA and welcome back to Austria.
